The heart of The Pool Program is the billing section.
You can add an unlimited number of customers and run
up to four independent companies, each with their own
list of customers. There is no need to re-enter your
routine services charges each month — our program
does it for you!
• Scheduling & printing of service
routes
Route Scheduling has never been easier.
Assign your customers to a route, set the order and
day of the week, then print Route Sheets with details
about each stop. With the Mapping add-on, print full-color
maps with driving directions and time-to-drive estimates,
showing every customer on the route, and lots more!
• Automatic late charges
• Customer history reports
With the customer history reports you can
view a year-to-date record of all the services provided
and income earned from each of your clients. If necessary,
these histories can also be printed for future reference.
• Wise parts catalog - over 100,000 parts
The Wise Parts Catalog features over 82,000
parts, all shown in exploded-view drawings. This function
saves you time and helps to identify just about any
part from every major manufacturer in the United States.
Version 6 adds spa parts for the first time.
• Warranties & reminders
Warranties and reminders lets you keep
track of your customers' warranty policies. Save, view
and print all of those important spa warranties! You
can use this feature to alert customers when equipment
needs to be replaced or serviced.
• Catalogs from major distributors
The Catalogs section contains the item
listings from major distributors such as GPS, SCP, PWP,
SUP and SPP. You can use these catalogs to compose a
vendor purchase order, which The Pool Program can automatically
fax to the company.
• Faxes purchase orders to distributors
From the Catalogs section, The Pool Program
can fax vendor purchase orders that you have composed
directly to the manufacturer or distributor. You can
also print them to be mailed or achived.
• Phonebook
The Phonebook feature lets you store names
and numbers, as well as addresses, additional and/or
emergency contact information and company contact information.
• Customer notes
Use the customer notes to keep track of
just about anything that isn't covered elsewhere in
the program. Keep track of route directions, events,
last in store visit, nicknames, etc. You can store over
500 pages of notes for each customer!
• Prints mailing & bar code labels
The Pool Program also prints mailing labels
from sortable lists using 100s of Avery pre-formatted
label layouts. Now you can mass mail with ease. You
can also print UPC or custom bar code labels for in
store merchandise.
• Invoices for billing
At billing time, at the click of a button,
you can automatically print monthly statements and/or
invoices. There is no need to re-enter your routine
services charges each month - our program does it for
you!

Accounts Payable is The Pool Program's
electronic version of your check register. Keep track
of all your business expenses, balance and reconcile
your check book with ease. At tax time, reports can
itemize where your hard-earned dollars are being spent.
Also prints profit & loss statements and tracks
credit card transactions.
• Customizable work orders
Customize your work orders to fit the specific
needs of your business. Send your technicians into the
field with all the information they need to complete
the job at hand.
• Customizable inventory lists
The Pool Program allows you to customize
up to 10 inventory lists for items your company stocks.
You can also import your supplies from a wide choice
of vendor catalogs, included in the software, from virtually
every major distributor in the United States!
• Purchase orders
Creating purchase orders is easy. From
the on-hand amounts in your inventory, and pre-set order
amounts, buy from your preferred vendors exactly what
you need to keep your business going. As you receive
the purchase order, your new items are automatically
added and new costs updated!
• Payroll system
Payroll will simplify the task of keeping
track of your employees' hours and wage earnings and
allows you to quickly create and print payroll checks!
Keep tabs on commission, bonus and base amounts, and
incidental information like birthdays and special occasions.
You can even print W-2s and 1099s at the end of the
year.
• Chemical tracking
The customizable chemical quantity tracking
has several powerful features to assist in recognizing
which route accounts are making money and which are
less than profitable. Keep tabs on income and expenses
for each stop to see if you are indeed making a profit.

customer letters. The program can automatically insert
each account and/or customer name so that letters are

This process is made even easier with Wise Software's
new Financial Services.
• Till reporting, management & tracking
The Cash Register allows you run many different
sales reports. You can run daily or year-to-date sales
reports that can be divided further by item, description,
employee and even customer.
• Multiple security levels
The Cash Register program allows you to
specify passwords and privileges for each salesperson
using the program. Passwords may be set up allowing
or restricting access to various sections of the program
at your discretion. The salesperson's name appears on
each printed receipt and is stamped on each sale made
and permanently recorded in the sales record database.
• Bar code printing & scanning
The Cash Register allows you to print and
assign bar codes. The bar code field also allows a salesperson
to pull an item from the Inventory by bar code number,
even if you're not using a bar code scanner.
• Multiple pricing levels/Price checking
The Cash Register program allows you to
specify price levels for each item in the inventory.
Up to three different prices may be assigned, and it
is easy to switch back and forth between them.
• Detailed customer history reports
