Bulk Emailing

Wise Software’s latest software update brings bulk emailing. This brings the ability to send emails in mass that may not fit into the auto recurring emails. Send out rate changes, pool openings/ closures etc. Filter which customers are included based on balances, customer and equipment types.

 

Simply click on the Charge Group you would like to change or click “Add New” and let the builder do all the work for you. Once set up, the recurring service billing will continue to run for as long as you need it.
