Is Wise Software Enterprise able to manage multi-pool properties like resorts or HOAs?

Yes. Our Enterprise Software can easily track and manage recurring bills & services, repair orders, equipment and much more, across multiple properties containing multiple bodies of water, under one single or across multiple accounts. To put it simply, keep those larger clients organized for faster processing and management.

Can Enterprise help me handle photos with annotations and markup for repairs?

Yes! Wise Software Enterprise offers a build in image annotator/ editor that can give you basic editing control over your image library. This can be done under the customer section's Pictures tab. Here you can select a photo from the library and make edits such as markups, crops etc.

How does Wise Software Enterprise' pool-specific software handle data imports from my previous application?

We make software migrations as simple and as fast as possible. When transferring your data from a previous software into Enterprise, our technicians only need and export of your information from that app and from there we do the rest of the work. Usual turnarounds are between 3-5 business days then you're up and running, using the best industry specific, all-in-one system available.
