Wise Software Inc. offers  service and retail management software, including scheduling, inventory, customer engagement, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree not to share your account or impersonate another user.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

All content, trademarks, and software are the property of Wise Software Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

Wise Software Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time via your dashboard.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
