Service notes can be bubbled up and organized into one centralized report, viewable by any employee with the correct permissions. This report can be used to take further action on equipment. Whether that be setting a simple reminder or scheduling out further service visits.

Track chemical usage for all jobs using our chemical reports located under the costing tab in the reports section of the program.

What’s the best way to schedule multiple pool technicians across large service areas?

Technicians can be scheduled out in many different ways. here are a couple examples.


  • By using the dispatch board, located in the scheduling module, you can quickly schedule out multiple jobs for any technician just by using drag & drop mechanics.

  • You can also utilize the Route builder to just as easily build out full-service route for all of your technicians, utilizing the search to schedule out by city, zipcode, etc.

How do I handle chemical readings and test logs in Enterprise?

Use one of the Costing reports such as consumable usage to help track your treatments. Readings can be pulled from the scheduling module by accessing service history. readings can also be accessed in a myriad of other places to take advantage of recommendations etc. Such as Customer Details in the Retail portion of the program.

Does Enterprise handle route optimization to help improve efficiency for pool technicians?

Indeed, it does.
